Delete your Express Car Recovery account
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data for the
Express Car Recovery mobile apps (customer and driver). You do not need to use this website to delete your account if you still have the app installed.
Delete account in the customer app
- Open the Express Car Recovery customer app and sign in.
- Tap Account in the bottom navigation (profile icon).
- Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
Delete account in the driver app
- Open the Express Car Recovery driver app and sign in.
- Tap Account in the bottom navigation.
- On My Profile, open the option Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
If you cannot use the app (for example you no longer have access to your device or phone number),

from the email address linked to your account if possible. Use the subject line
Account deletion request and include your registered mobile number and whether you are a customer or a driver. We will verify your request and process it in line with applicable law.
What we delete or retain
- After a confirmed deletion request, we aim to delete or anonymise personal data used to operate your account where we no longer need it for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires it (for example accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute records). That data is kept only as long as necessary and protected in line with our Privacy Policy.
