• Push notification identifiers and device tokens (for job alerts)
• Zone and service-role tags used to target job notifications
HOW WE USE DATA
We use data to:
• Connect Drivers and Clients
• Process bookings and payments
• Provide live tracking during jobs
• Verify Driver identity
• Improve platform performance
• Handle disputes, safety, and fraud prevention
• Send push notifications and job alerts (including roadside requests for your approved service lines)
• Process lead unlock payments for roadside requests
• Show you masked and, after unlock, full client contact details for relevant jobs
• Match you to jobs in your operating zone
• Review service expansion requests and additional service-line applications

PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are handled by Stripe.
We do not store full card details.

• Clients assigned to your jobs (limited driver and vehicle information needed to perform the service)
• Payment providers (Stripe), including for lead unlock fees on roadside jobs
• Push notification providers (for example OneSignal)
• Service providers (hosting, email, maps, and secure cloud storage)
• Legal authorities if required by law
When you unlock a roadside job, we provide you with the Client contact details needed to perform that specific job.
We do NOT sell personal data.
LOCATION DATA
Location data may be collected when you use the App, including to determine your operating zone, show nearby jobs, support navigation, provide live tracking during active jobs, and confirm service activity. We do not use location for unrelated purposes.
This data is used for:

DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
• Location data: up to 90 days
• Job-related images: up to 12–24 months
• Account data: while active and for a limited period after deletion
• Financial records: up to 6 years (legal obligation)
