Sign in with your mobile number and password. New driver? Tap Register on this screen—you will create your account, add your profile details and complete verification (documents and checks) before you can receive job offers.
Once our team has approved your driver account, you will see this offers screen. Incoming recovery requests appear here—review each one and accept the jobs that fit your route and availability.
Before you accept, you see everything about the recovery: pickup and drop-off, vehicle type, schedule and any extra details. This information comes straight from what the customer entered when they requested a quote—so you always know what you are agreeing to.
Here you see every booking assigned to you—upcoming and in-progress recoveries in one list so you can track what you have on and plan your day.
This screen opens about 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup. At that moment the booking disappears from your schedule—that is expected. You will find it under Jobs in the main menu, then In progress.
From here you can travel to the pickup address (navigation), and contact the customer if you need more information about the recovery.
Here you capture details about the vehicle before collection—while it is still at the pickup, before it is loaded onto your recovery platform.
Add photos or a short video on site, and optional notes about the car’s condition (damage, wheels, access, anything relevant)—so there is a clear record for you and the customer.
Once pickup is complete, this screen is where you see the drop-off details—address and guidance—so you know where to take the vehicle next.
Use the in-app directions to reach the delivery point safely and follow any notes shown for that location.
This works like Step 6, but for drop-off: you add photos, a short video and optional notes about the vehicle after it has been taken off your recovery platform at the delivery location.
Complete this step once the car is safely on the ground—so you and the customer share a clear record of condition and handover at the end of the job.
This screen shows your payment information: earnings from completed jobs, pending or paid payouts, and any balance or totals the app displays for your account.
Use it to track what you are owed, what has already been paid and how each job contributes to your earnings.
See a summary of your orders: how many jobs you have accepted and how many you have refused (or turned down), so you can understand your activity at a glance.

This is where the flow starts: enter pickup and drop-off details so we can price your recovery.
Continue your quote: choose the vehicle type to be recovered (e.g. small car, medium car, large van) and how the car is positioned on site.
Continue your quote from Step 3: select transmission (manual, automatic, hybrid or electric), whether the car starts and can roll on its wheels, how many wheels are locked, plus any extra details about the location or vehicle. Choose “as soon as possible” or pick a date and time that suits you.
Select when you want the recovery: choose a date, set the time (or use the booking window your app offers) so the job is scheduled the way you need.
Check pickup, drop-off, vehicle details and price, then confirm to book your recovery—everything in one place before you commit.
