The quote flow asks for transmission type, including hybrid and electric. That is how you book an EV or hybrid recovery — not a separate hidden product. Pickup, drop-off and whether the vehicle rolls still drive the price.
Add notes about charge level, park-on-charge cables, height barriers and whether the car is in an underground car park. Independent partners accept with those details on the job card.
