Driver partners in Wales use the same Express Car Recovery app as the rest of the UK. Register, upload what we ask for, wait for approval, then review offers. You see access notes (steep streets, tight lanes) when the customer added them.
Cross-border work — North Wales into the North West, or South Wales toward Bristol or the Midlands — appears like any other job: two addresses on the card. Accept only if it fits your day.

No. Sign-up and job flow are in the app. There is no public depot to walk into.
New driver partners can earn £50 after the first 10 completed recovery jobs. A cancelled job does not count. A refunded job does not count. The bonus is separate from the payment for each job and is shown in the app.
Zone promotions, when one is running where you are based, are shown in the app with the area, the amount and the end date. Full details of the welcome bonus are on the UK driver page.
